Refund policy

EXCHANGES

You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To exchange for a different size, you must cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse and the shipping cost back to your address, which will depend on the rate charged by the shipping carrier in each case. For exchanges due to manufacturing defects, we will cover all shipping costs. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including their original packaging (bag or box intact). It is mandatory to return the product in the same bag in which it was packed, as it contains the barcode necessary to process the exchange correctly.

RETURNS

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To process a return, you must cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse, which will depend on the rate charged by the shipping carrier in each case. We do not accept returns on clearance items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable. Products must be returned in their original packaging (bag or box intact). It is mandatory to return the product in the same bag in which it was packed, as it contains the barcode necessary to process the return correctly.
